Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 (10 oz pkg) spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spinach to skillet and cover. Allow spinach to cook for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic salt and cover again for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve.
