Homemade Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp yeast or instant yeast
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to 500°. Put oven stone in for 30 minutes. Dough will be shaggy. Can leave to raise for 1 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Put pizza in for 5 minutes. Turn and cook until toppings are done.
Makes 2 10 inch pizzas.
