Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients well and add 2 lbs hamburger. Divide into 3 roll portions on aluminum foil. Refrigerate 24 hours. Poke holes in bottom of foil rolls. Place on a rack in a sided sheet pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Chill and slice. (Can be doubled and frozen
