Ingredients
- 3 Habanero Chiles, Chopped
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Ounces Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Ounce Pine Nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Chop up the chiles. Put into blender or food processor with cilantro, garlic and cheese. Puree, slowly adding olive oil until emulsified. Can be used as a rub for meat or fish.
