Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 shallot , minced (1/4 cup)
- 5 1/2 tbsp Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped oregano
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together all ingredients and allow the sauce to sit at room temperature for at least one hour to allow flavors to develop
2. Serve on top of your favorite steak
