Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 cups grated carrot
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and oil, stir in carrots and then add dry ingredients and eggs. Beat well and add nuts last to blend well. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
