Ingredients
- 4-5 # rolled rump roast
- 2 lg cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb sliced onions
- 1 bunch celery cut up
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 lg cans tomato sauce
- 3 shakes worcestershire
- 1 sm bottle ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 large can mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
-mix everything together
-cook 3-4 hours uncovered at 350 degrees in roasting pan
-when done cool and cut meat (skim fat off)
-reheat and serve on hard rolls
