Ingredients

  • 1

    medium tomato

  • 1

    medium onion

  • 2

    avocados, peeled and seeded

  • 1/4

    cup minced bell peppers (optional)

  • 3/4

    cup cilantro leaves chopped

  • 2

    teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 2

    teaspoons hot sauce

Directions

1. Chop by hand all vegetables 2. Mix in the remaining ingredients 3. Chill for at least 3 hours 4. Serve as a dip for nacho chips or as a salsa with anything.
