  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (3 5/8 ounce) lemon pudding and pie filling
  • 2 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup light cream or half and half
  • 3/4 cup sugar 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Step 1

Add minute Rice and salt boiling water in 2 quart saucepan. Repair is directed on package and add pudding, 2 1/4 cup water, cream, and 3/4 cup sugar.
