Ingredients
- 1 cup minute Rice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 package (3 5/8 ounce) lemon pudding and pie filling
- 2 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup light cream or half and half
- 3/4 cup sugar 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Add minute Rice and salt boiling water in 2 quart saucepan. Repair is directed on package and add pudding, 2 1/4 cup water, cream, and 3/4 cup sugar.
