Fresh from the Cob Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp corn cobs cooked
  • 1/2 lb green beans cooked and cut into 1"
  • lengths
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing and mustardin medium bowl until well blended.
Cut off the kernals from the ears of corn. Add dressing to the mixture with remaining ingredients.
