Ingredients
- 1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup blueberry preserves
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 x 13 baking pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. In bowl of electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, oats and flaxseed until combined. Add butter; beat 30 seconds or until crumbly dough forms. Reserve 1-1/2 cups dough; press remaining dough into bottom of prepared pan. In bowl, gently toss blueberries and preserves to coat; spoon into pan. Sprinkle with reserved dough. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown; let cool completely. Cut into squares.
