Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. venison liver, sliced in thin strips
- 4 tbsp. catsup
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In hot oiled skillet, saute onion and garlic. Add liver and brown until red disappears. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir until liver is coated and mixture thickens into nice sauce.
