Ingredients
- 8 oz low fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c low fat mayo
- 1 c swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp green onions, finely copped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (original recipe called for 1 lb.)
- 1/2 c crushed ritz crackers (called for butter crackers)
- 3 T butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350.
Mix mayo, cream cheese, swiss cheese in a mixing bowl. Add green onions, bacon.
Spread mixture in shallow 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle crackers on top.
Drizzle butter over crackers.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubby.
Yields 6-8 servings.
