Ingredients
- 1 can white shoepeg corn - drain & rinse
- 2 Tblsp Tiger sauce
- 1 can blackeye peas - drain and rinse
- 1 red pepper and green pepper diced
- 1/2 cup oil
- scant 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a medium size bowl and marinate overnight.
Drain in the morning.
Serve with scoop tortilla chips.
