Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 6 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 2 to 3 carrots, boiled and mashed
  • 5 to 6 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Chop mishrooms', red onion, celery,. In a large frying pan, sauté the chopped vegetables. Add potatoes and ground beef. Mix well together. Turn into a greased casserole. Bake 350 until top is slightly browned.
