  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 4 cups cooked chiken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 large apple
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup toasted pecans


Servings 8


Step 1

In a small bowl combine mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, orange juice salt and pepper. Stir well to mix together. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl toss together chicken, celery, apple, cranberries, onions, pecans and parsley.
Add dressing and mix well.
Cover and chill at least two hours.
