Leftover Thanksgiving Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 (9”) pie crusts (homemade or store bought)
  • Leftover stuffing
  • Leftover turkey
  • Leftover corn (optional)
  • Leftover (or freshly made) gravy

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375° F.

Make the pie crust and place in the pie dish. Spoon stuffing onto the crust until covered but not too thick of a layer. Pull apart the turkey and cover the stuffing. If desired, add corn. Pour some of the gravy overtop of the pie filling. Cover the pie with the remaining pie crust and pinch the edges to form a nice seal.

Bake until crust is golden brown.
