Vegan Fudgsicles (sugar-free)

Ingredients

  • 2 very ripe bananas, halved and frozen
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp. raw hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp. raw almond butter
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted (or 1/4 cup unsweetened raisins)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder (or omit for vanilla flavour)
  • 150 ml. water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. Pour into popsicle forms and freeze overnight.
