Ingredients
- 2 cups dry cottage cheese
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Bacon bits
- Onions
- Butter
- Sour Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cheese, four, eggs and salt. Pat mixture on a floured board and roll into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into serving pieces, strips or squares. Boil pieces in salt water fro a few minutes. Fry bacon bits and onions in butter. Put perogies in casserole. Cover with bacon bits and onions. Bake in oven until heated through. Serve with sour cream.
