Ingredients
- 3 c chicken broth
- 1/2 c finely chopped celery
- 1/3 c finely chopped onion
- 2 T margarine
- 3 T flour
- 3 c milk
- 2 c finely chopped, peeled potatoes
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 t accent
- 1 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken broth, celery, and onion for 5 - 10 minutes until tender.
In another pan, melt margarine and add flour.
Cook for 3 minutes on low to med heat stirring constantly.
Heat milk in microwave.
Add milk and flour, stirring to blend.
Add vegetable mixture and potatoes.
Add worcestershire sauce, accent, and pepper.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
