Ingredients

  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6-8 chicken breasts
  • Glaze
  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 3/4 c honey
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except glaze. Add to chicken, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
Combine glaze.
Cook chicken on hot grill about 6 minutes each side. Do NOT overcook. Remove chicken from grill, wrap in a single layer of aluminum foil and grill 5 more minutes. Remove from foil and brush each side with glaze. Grill 2 more minutes without turning.
