Ingredients

  • Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
  • Salmon Filet – with skin removed
  • Boursin cheese, softened (or other spreadable cheese with herbs)
  • Spinach – 1 package frozen – well drained (squeeze the water out)

Preparation

Step 1

Roll out 1 pastry sheet and place on cookie sheet
Place salmon on pastry
Salt & Pepper to taste
Spread cheese on top of salmon
Top with well drained spinach
Roll out 2nd pastry sheet and place on top
Brush with egg wash and seal well

Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until pastry is brown

Serve from the oven or at room temperature.
