- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 1/3 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP MILK
- 3 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
- 2 CUPS BLUEBERRIES

Step 1
PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400. WHISK EGGS AND SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD THE MELTED BUTTER, FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER ALTERNATELY WITH MILK. ADD THE BLUEBERRIES. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO MUFFIN TINS AND BAKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OVEN 12 - 15 MINUTES. THIS PORTION IS ENOUGH FOR 20 MUFFINS.
SERVE HOT OR WARM WITH A LITTLE BUTTER OR WHIPPED CREAM.
