Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs
- 3/4 Cup Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Cut in the shortening using two knives until it is all fine and mealy. Slowly stirring in the milk. Turn out onto a floured board gently-about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Put in buttered pan and bake for 15 minutes in a hot oven.
