Ingredients
- 6 cups raw broccoli chopped
- 1/2 c. red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 c. bacon fried and crumbled
- 1 c mayonaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 c. dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine broccoi, onion and cheese in salad bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonaise and sugar. Stir in vinegar until smooth.
Stir dressing into broccoli mix, stirring to coat vegetables thoroughly.
Just before serving, sprinkle bacon on top.
Make ahead, up to one day in advance.
