Upside Down Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

• 5 C cut up rhubarb
• 3 C small marshmallows
• 1 3oz jello (strawberry, cherry, etc.)
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1 white cake mix (prepared according to pkg directions.

Preparation

Step 1

Put rhubarb in greased 9 X 13 pan. Place marshmallows over top. Sprinkle with sugar and jello. Pour prepared cake on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min.
