Ingredients
- 1 lb. Large Shrimp
- 1/2 lb. sea scallops
- 6 2 in skewers
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 recipe Herb Rub or 2 tbsp herb seasoning blend
Preparation
Step 1
preheat well oiled grill medium hot
peel shrimp leaving on tails remove vein from back of shrimp
alternately thread three shrimp and two scallops onto each skewer; coat both sides with mustard and generously sprinkle with herbs. let marinate at room temperature for 15 mins. Grill kabobs three to five minutes on each side until shrimp and scallops are opaque throughout.
