Rebecca's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups artichokes (I use canned ones) divide lengthwise
  • 2 cups mayonnaise light ( I use light made with olive oil) ( I use 1/2 cup less)
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups slightly steamed spinach (if you are in a hurry you can use frozen spinach which is good but not great)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, Cook at 350 degrees for at least 30 minutes
