Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 c self rising flour
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T cocoa
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 2 1/4 c boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine in oven in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Mix flour, 1 1/4 c sugar and 2 T cocoa together. Add milk and vanilla, mix well. Pour over melted margarine in the dish. Do not stir. Mix together 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Do not stir. Pour boiling water all over the top. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Will be runny in bottom.
