Hamburger Gravy Over Biscuits (LF)

Ingredients

  • 1 LB ground eye of round (beef)
  • 1 TBSP Butter Buds
  • 2 TSP garlic salt (optional)
  • Dash of pepper (optional)
  • 3 cups skim milk (divided)
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pan cook beef, butter buds, garlic salt and pepper on medium heat, until fully cooked.
Add 2 cups milk.
Mix cornstarch to remaining 1 cup milk, stirring until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Pour into beef, stirring constantly.
Cook approximately 5 minutes longer, until thick and creamy.

Without biscuits: 135 calories, 2.66 grams of fat
