Strawberry Pie (from Terry)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fruit (can use strawberries and rhubarb, or just strawberries)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Baked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Place first 4 ingredients in a pot and cook over medium low heat until the fruit is broken down and it is thick. If you want it thicker, add more cornstarch in a little water, and heat until cooked. Pour into pie shell and let set.
