Ingredients
- 4 cups fruit (can use strawberries and rhubarb, or just strawberries)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Baked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 4 ingredients in a pot and cook over medium low heat until the fruit is broken down and it is thick. If you want it thicker, add more cornstarch in a little water, and heat until cooked. Pour into pie shell and let set.
