Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons each, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. each garlic powder, ground ginger
- 1-20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces
- May add green pepper pieces (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, sesame oil, garlic powder and ground ginger. Add chicken pieces and pineapple to the marinade. Place in refrigerator for a few hours before grilling. Coat grill surface with oil and preheat. Alternate chicken, pineapple, and peppers on skewers, then grill 15-20 minutes turning occasionally.
