Vegetable Hobo Soup (LF)

I am not a fan of canned soup. Look forward to trying this super easy recipe with different veggie combinations.

Ingredients

  • 3 LBS frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 46-ounce can V-8 Vegetable juice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a large soup pan or Dutch Oven.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cook 15 minutes.
Serve hot
