Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut in small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice Concentrate (Optional)
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Freshly Grated Ginger, to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Sake, white wine or chicken stock
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chicken in a little vegetable oil.

Mix all other ingredients together in a large measuring cup. Add to the chicken in the skillet and simmer on low until the sauce thickens.

Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
