Mojitos by the Pitcher

Refreshing fresh summer drink. Please use fresh mint and limes!

Ingredients

  • 350 g 350 g de riz pour risotto (Arborio)
  • 1 1 litre 1/2 de bouillon de volaille (cube)
  • 1 1 botte d'asperges
  • 1 1 gros oignon
  • 150 g 150 g de mascarpone (1 petite boîte)
  • 150 g 150 g de parmesan râpé
  • 3 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
  • 1/2 1/2 verre de vin blanc sec
  • poivre
  • facultatif : sel

Preparation

Step 1

Place lime juice, mint and sugar into a pitcher.

Using a muddle stick mash to release mint oils, and dissolve sugar into juice.

Add rum and lots of ice topped with club soda. Adding more club soda to glasses if a lighter drink is desired.

Garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.

*Add more rum for a stronger drink;)
