Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 pork chops salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 3 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 green peppers, finely chopped
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, brown garlic in olive oil. Discaard garlic and broown pork chops on both sides
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add tomato puree mixed with white wine, green peppers, and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer 20 mins.
