  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion (about 1/2 an onion)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro Leaves (roughly chopped)

1/4 cup Chopped Onion (about 1/2 an onion)
2 Garlic Cloves
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Cilantro Leaves (roughly chopped)

Put Tomatillos, Jalapeño, Onion, Garlic, Lime, Cilantro & Salt in the blender and pulse until desired consistency. Thin with water as needed to puree
