Pork Chops and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 6- 3/4 " pork chops with tenderloin in
  • 1 med. chopped onion
  • 1 cup beef bouillion
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle pork chops with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper

Brown both sides well. Add onion and booullion.

Cover and simmer for 30 mins. Thicken with flour.
