Ingredients
- 2 turkey tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons BBQ Flavored dry rub
- Bottled BBQ sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place the tenderloins on a cutting board and apply the dry rub all over.
Fill water tank with water.
Place the tenderloins in steamer basket.
Cover steamer and set timer to 15 minutes
Steam for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature of the tenderloins reaches 165 degrees on a meat thermometer.
When steaming is complete, remove then cut into 1/2-inch thick medallions.
Top with BBQ sauce and serve immediately.
