Ingredients
- 1/4 lb pancetta, cubed
- 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
- 3 pats butter
Preparation
Step 1
Add butter to pan and cook pancetta til golden brown. Add brussels sprouts to the pan and cook til they start to brown. Deglaze pan w/ 1/4 C white wine. Cook til wine is evaporated. Season w/ salt and pepper
