Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round
- 3 slices of white bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teasp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teasp. salt
- 1/4 teasp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blend white bread, egg, milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper in blender
Add sauteed onion and butter
Make meatballs and roll in flour. Fry in 2 Tbsp. butter until brown.
Push meatballs to one side of pan and add cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water
Simmer 20 mmins.
