Appetizer, Braunschweiger Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. braunschweiger
  • 1 medium onion (cut in small pieces)
  • 6 stripfs bacon (fried crisp, then crumbled)
  • 5 tablespoons bacon grease (or more)
  • 1 8 ounce package Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients into a bowl. Spread the Philadelphia Cream Cheese on top. Spread on crackers of your choice.
