Ingredients
- 1/2 pint(s) (1 cup) heavy (whipping) cream
- cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon(s) each stick butter and light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
Bring cream just to a simmer in a saucepan or medium bowl in microwave. Remove from heat,-add chocolate and stir until melted.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended and smooth. Serve warm.
Serve over ice cream and top with sweetened whipped cream and a cherry.
Refrigerate tightly covered up to 4 weeks. Reheat in microwave or over low heat before serving.
