Creamy Peach Cobbler
By srumbel
Creamy Peach Cobbler is one of those quick cobbler recipes that can be ready in a jiffy! I like to make this cobbler with a sugar cookie mix instead of a cake mix. Although, you can use a cake mix, if you like. The cream is poured over the peaches and the sugar cookie mix is sprinkled over the cream, and then pour melted butter over the sugar cookie mix. The peaches will be creamy and the cookie topping will be crunchy--just try the cookie mix and see what you think. It is heavenly! You just layer the cobbler in that order and bake. How quick is that?
