Ingredients
- One large onion finely chopped
- 2 sticks celery finely chopped
- 2 large carrots finely chopped
- 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic
- 2 lbs of ground turkey
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Lots of Worcestershire sauce
- Sage, Rosemary, thyme to taste
- 2 tbs All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- Mashed potatoes.

Step 1
Directions
Sweat the onion and garlic.
Add the carrots and celery .
Add the turkey, salt and pepper.
Brown, chopping the meat to a fine grind.
Add a lot of Worcestershire sauce. (Americans have trouble with the pronunciation.) Add Sage, thyme & rosemary.
Sprinkle 2tbs flour then add 1/2 a cup of chicken broth. Stir.
Add frozen peas .
Cover with mashed potatoes.
Cook in oven at 350 for 3/4 of hour.
Broil to brown top if necessary.
