Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 teasp tobbasco sauce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 12oz can)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in heavy bottom dutch oven.
Cover and simmer 2 hours. adding water as needed.
Serve on hamburger buns
