Horner's Barbeque

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 teasp tobbasco sauce
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can tomatoes (1 lb. 12oz can)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in heavy bottom dutch oven.

Cover and simmer 2 hours. adding water as needed.

Serve on hamburger buns
