Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2-3 pork chops-
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown on both sides well. Let Cool
In drippings, saute onion green pepper and celery
Sprinkle in more garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cut pork chops in small cubes and add to celery -onion -pepper mixture.
Gradually add rice with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
