Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast or 1 oz. Brewer's Yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix water and yeast in mixing bowl-let stand for 5 mins.
Add flour gradually until incorporated
Switch to dough hook and beat until dough sticks to sides of bowl
Turn dough out into oiled bowl, cover with saran wrap and let stand in a warm place until doubled in size
