Ingredients

  • 2

    chicken breasts -cut into cubes for skewers

  • 1

    cup yogurt

  • tandoori rub - purchesed in a box

Directions

Dry chicken pieces and rub with the tandoori powder. Holding each piece with tongs dip into yogurt and place on a plate. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Take out about an hour before you will cook. You can either grill on skewers or cook in hot 450 oven. Before you cook dip each piece in yogurt again.
