Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients

• CAKE
• 2 cups flour
• 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/3 cups water
• FROSTING
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all wet items first. Add all dry items except flour and cocoa.
Add flour and cocoa a little at a time.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a prepared pan.
